    This is a session for those wanting to train for regattas or just improve technique and fitness. Crews will generally be doing high intensity sessions for around 30 mins or, if there’s enough water, race practice over 2kms. Time slots are to try to avoid too much hanging around getting cold but please only sign up for 19.30 slot if the others are all full.
